whyThe collecting grid cuts every note into 9 x 8 = 72 cells. That only works on a note that is actually one note, all the way to its edges. These 14 are not. Some are collages of two or three bills fused together, some are missing half their paper, and one is two whole notes lying on top of each other.
So they come out of the registry. What is left is 50 whole notes, which is 3,600 fragments, and every one of those fragments belongs to exactly one bill.
Nothing here is deleted or downgraded. These are still graded, still catalogued, still mine. They are just held for a different build, and this page is where I look them up.
