No one wants to be a pleb in the fiat money system. The Filthy Fiat Reserve ecosystem works the same way. While collectors outside of management roles will have an opportunity to collect pieces of the Filthy Fiat collection, management skips the line and ensures they recieve everything without worrying about staying up to date with individual releases, while also having access to top-tier works and ability to have an insider ability to benefit from the future of the project.

Being a Filthy Fiat Regional President is a very important position. It could be career defining. Mind expansion guarenteed. There is no doubt it is something to brag about to your snobby friends, but also something to subltly hold over the heads of your pleb aquaintences.

Filthy Fiat Reserve (FFR) Chairman Coldie is open to and expects suggestions and input from all active, sitting Presidents. It is understood that you are a very important, very busy person, and that the responsibilities of this position must align with your other duties in life. Often we hear that taking multiple naps per day and day drinking is important to some Presidents and at FFR we make sure that your needs are met. If you have certain workplace needs to help you thrive in this position, please let Chairman Coldie know and he will make all possible accommodations.

The Structure of the FFR is to create regions of interest. Aligning with a particular city or region allows people to represent the areas of the United States they feel connected to. This extends to the Presidents who influnce each region.
Public releases will at times be focused on the individual 12 regions. Pleb collectors will get to choose who they want to align with. This will bring people together and grow the clout of regions.
Presidents can help stear their regional drops if they want to. If not, the Chairman will take care of it.
The opportunity for unique strategy for each region allows for customized micro-economies. Do you want to have a very scarce release only for a few to enjoy? Or maybe a never ending OE to proliferate wide and far? This is your chance to play within a simulated financial ecosystem, but its all about art instead of money.
This can come in the form of airdrops, merch, IRL experiences and more. The options are literally endless and this is a opportunity to have fun with your influence and help spread the word of crypto art wide and far, even extending into the normie world.

- Governers can propose ideas to their corresponding Regional President.

Presidents have authority to approve/alter/veto proposals. Build a team that wants to kick ass.

Upon approval by the Regional President, this will be presented to the 12 Regional Presidents for vote.

Regional Presidents also have ability to bypass Governors to propose projects for vote.
- A conesensus vote of 7 or higher sends the project for final approvale to FFR Chairman (Coldie).

This is what it is all based on. The actual bills that were buried in the ground by Coldie.

Every President and Governor will be entitled to one of the physical full bills. Each bill is uniquely its own artwork naturaly generated by nature. Forces of moisture, dirt, and time. There will only be a maximum of 100 full $1 bills available to collectors. Presidents will have first choice to select a bill that aligns with the 12 regions that issue USD and mimic the Filthy Fiat Reserve.
The first round of full-bill sales is limited to 60 bills. The remaining bills will be held by Chairman Coldie for archive and strategic placement to be decided on with the board of 12 Presidents.
Each full bill will exist in two forms.
Physical: 1/1/100 bill certified authentic by PMG (Paper Money Guaranty) collectibles group. * Physical bills will be held by Coldie (The Central Bank) for 1 year prior to distribution. This will enable secondary market sales that will keep the assets together during flipping period. After hold period, bills will be sent to holders of each digital asset.
Digital: 1/1/100 3D asset (.GLB) on Ethereum L1 blockchain.

Presidential Headshot
Being a President includes having your likeness created as a Filthy Fiat 3D portrait. This work will be featured on the Filthy Fiat website showing all active, sitting Presidents. It is a huge honor. It is also the first time Coldie will be creating portaits of collectors. This process will be collaborative to ensure each degenerate President is given the proper attention. Because he knows how picky and high maintainance you are.
New headshots will only happen when a President steps down and a new one is appointed. It is the goal that the original 12 Presidents will stay forever, but of course this is life and shit happens.

1/1/12 Presidental Full Bill 3D Collage Collaboration.
Every President will recieve a unique animaged digital collage. Each collage is made from the physical full bill selected by each President and crafted one by one, by the hand of Coldie.
This is not only a 1/1 piece created by Coldie, but is also a collaboration with each President. Each piece has the opportunity to be unique to each President, while still having the essance of a Coldie work.
There will only be a maximum of 12 1/1 animated full bill $1 collages. Each full bill collage will feature the bill’s unique serial number on the work as well as in the metadata to verify which bill the collage was created from.
